Make no bones about it, you have many choices as a consumer in the music lesson aisle. The information below will shed some insight into the origins of our organization and how we came to develop a teaching philosophy and approach that has become so successful in our beloved home town of Atlanta.
Nick Kavali, founder of Kavali's Flying Fingers, Inc., began his teaching career back in 2001. Those early days introduced him to many unforgettable students with whom he shared many memorable experiences. Over the years, he continued to refine his repertoire and teaching method. With the support and encouragement of the families who saw his potential, he decided it was finally time to take his dynamic teaching philosophy to another level, and established his own business in the year 2007.
Nick recognized that there were more than enough "hum-drum" music teachers saturating the local market. After hearing the woes of so many parents who had become frustrated watching their children struggle with their lessons elsewhere, he was inspired to create the company motto, "Making Music Education a Fun Experience". But it's more than just a novel slogan to us; it is the core philosophy that is instilled into all of our teachers here at Flying Fingers.
We know that the love of music is a very individual experience. We've found great success reaching our students through a fresh approach of teaching them the music they already love. We also take the time to introduce them to music they never KNEW they would love. Each lesson is personalized around your child's particualr interests. So, whether it's "Zippa-Dee-Doo-Dah" or ZZ Top that "strikes a chord" with your child, we've gotcha covered!
We love what we do and hope you will give us an opportunity to bring the excitement of music into your child's life.
